Bill, do you use MS Exchange, and if so, what method of grey
listing do you use?

OpenBSD spamd can sit in front of anything, it's extremely lightweight (a low end 1U server can easily handle a large number of messages) and reliable, it also supports greytrapping (email nospam@example.org and get blacklisted, this works well since spammers usually hit a number of addresses in sequence so if you seed in some grey trap ones it'll end the spam run quickly).

This is also a very effective method for dealing with viruses since the majority do not attempt redelivery.
