Yes, it's like seeing a robbery but not being the victim, the authorities are still interested in the crime. The Internet Crime Complaint Center is probably the best vector at this point (What was the Internet Fraud Complaint Center until the great renaming.)

We'll see if they have the kind of success at other crimes that they have had with auction fraud; Without money involved some local prosecutors may be a little more shy than they have been.
