After looking at various issues, they all seem to come back to rapapp.exe. It is a CPU hog. We are not using any of the A/V features since it conflicts with McAfee. More than likely I will just disable the rapapp.exe service on all hosts. You would think it would be disabled if you are not using any of its features. -- Chuck -----Original Message----- From: Steve Barnhart [mailto:steve@netreality.com] Sent: Tuesday, January 16, 2007 6:39 PM To: Kelly, Chuck; issforum@iss.net Subject: RE: [ISSForum] Proventia Desktop 8.x and 9.x Bluescreens We have Lanovo (T43/T60) Thinkpad laptops and have not had the same problem. Anyone else have this issue? We have confirmed the issue goes away when Proventia is removed. -- Chuck _______________________________________________ ISSForum mailing list ISSForum@atla-mm1.iss.net TO UNSUBSCRIBE OR CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, go to https://atla-mm1.iss.net/mailman/listinfo/issforum To contact the ISSForum Moderator, send email to mod-issforum@iss.net The ISSForum mailing list is hosted and managed by Internet Security Systems, 6303 Barfield Road, Atlanta, Georgia, USA 30328. _______________________________________________ ISSForum mailing list ISSForum@atla-mm1.iss.net TO UNSUBSCRIBE OR CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, go to https://atla-mm1.iss.net/mailman/listinfo/issforum To contact the ISSForum Moderator, send email to mod-issforum@iss.net The ISSForum mailing list is hosted and managed by Internet Security Systems, 6303 Barfield Road, Atlanta, Georgia, USA 30328.
