If you are trying to do the recent updates and are receiving this on the
database update, make sure you install the "Xpress Updates" before you try to
do the service pack. There should be two Xpress updates before you do the DB
Service pack install.

I have a problem with site protector console 2.0 sp 6.0:
net.iss.rssp.remote.RemoteSiteException: The server did not respond in a timely
manner, and the client stopped waiting for a response. Check to be sure that
the server is still running and the machine has not been rebooted.
The server did not respond to the client request. This could be due to one of
the following:
1) The machine stopped running or responding to the network. Try pinging the
machine.
2) The application server stopped running. Check the services running on the
remote machine.
3) If you are behind a firewall, make sure your firewall is configured to allow
ports 3996-3999 to pass through.
4) The request took longer to complete than the client was configured to wait.
You can increase the time that the client waits for a response by changing this
registry setting:
-Dsun.rmi.transport.tcp.responseTimeout=<timeout>.
Where <timeout> is the number of milliseconds the client waits for a response.
