Hi everyone, I have tried to reinstalled SiteProtector SP6 on one of my windows machine and restore the SiteProtector DB [RealSecureDB] using MSSQL. I have managed to get the main components to be running, however I am not able to manage the server/network sensors. Seems to be some problem with private/public keys as I do not have the information on which keys to backup from the original SiteProtector. I have logged a case with ISS, however the support person is misleading me, there is no proper steps given. Instead of giving me a full instruction of where to backup and how to restore, this person asked me to try these and try that and till now my newly installed SiteProtector is unable to communicate to the sensors. I understand that I can push the new keys over to the sensors and my problem would be solved, however, I do not agreed with this method as I have to manual configure all the sensors again. Can someone help me by telling me how to go about backing up the private/public keys o! n my original SiteProtector so that I can easily restore them to the new SiteProtector and able to manage the sensors without having to reconfigure the sensors? By the way, my issue is still OPEN and ISS did not get back to me. Very disappointed.
