[ISSForum] Problem with Security Fusion Module

Hi all,
I have a problem with Security Fusion Module, any help please: 
I have all SP components: Database, Event Collector, The SP console, EC,
application server and server controller are installed on server
192.168.0.179.
I install RSFM in another server 192.168.0.193, at the process: Retrieving
files from "RealSecureDB" database on "192.168.0.179", it displays an error:
" Security Fusion Module unable to transfer files into and out of the Site
Protector database" and finish.
Here's install log:
Seed Start.
ACTION: extract
     EXTRACT FILE
Extracting file ids_192.168.0.179.key
     file not found by default, attempting pattern match.
File extraction failed for file: ids_192.168.0.179.key
File extraction failed.
     --- File Exception caught ---
     Message:   null
Error messaging shutting down.
Logging shutting down.
