Check the "Alert Queue" setting on SiteProtector and make sure it's set to "Warp Around" instead. -Lac. -----Original Message----- From: issforum-bounces@iss.net [mailto:issforum-bounces@iss.net] On Behalf Of Mitrovic Milorad-y17453 Sent: Wednesday, June 28, 2006 7:50 AM To: issforum@iss.net Subject: [ISSForum] Proventia A201 status Not Responding but sensor still collecting Events and sending them to SiteProtector Hi All, Has anyone experienced the following behaviour with the Proventia A201 Network Sensor: Using SiteProtector SP5 the Proventia A201 Sensor will change Status to Not Responding even though the Sensor actually captures and sends the Events to the SiteProtector. The only way to fix the Not Responding status is by re-starting the issDaemon on the Proventia A201 Sensor. If you have experienced this or have any understanding as to why this behaviour is happening please let me know. ISS Tech support was not able to root cause the issue. Thank you in advance, Milorad Mitrovic _______________________________________________ ISSForum mailing list ISSForum@iss.net TO UNSUBSCRIBE OR CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, go to https://atla-mm1.iss.net/mailman/listinfo/issforum To contact the ISSForum Moderator, send email to mod-issforum@iss.net The ISSForum mailing list is hosted and managed by Internet Security Systems, 6303 Barfield Road, Atlanta, Georgia, USA 30328. ********************************************************************** This message contains confidential information intended only for the use of the addressee(s) named above and may contain information that is legally privileged.
