Check the "Alert Queue" setting on SiteProtector and make sure it's set
to "Warp Around" instead.

Hi All,
Has anyone experienced the following behaviour with the Proventia A201
Network Sensor:
Using SiteProtector SP5 the Proventia A201 Sensor will change Status to
Not Responding even though the Sensor actually captures and sends the
Events to the SiteProtector.
The only way to fix the Not Responding status is by re-starting the
issDaemon on the Proventia A201 Sensor.
If you have experienced this or have any understanding as to why this
behaviour is happening please let me know.
ISS Tech support was not able to root cause the issue.
