[ISSForum] Schedule Export function

Subject: [ISSForum] Schedule Export function
Date: Mon, 3 Jul 2006 13:25:47 +0200
Dear Colleagues,

I've a problem with Schedule Export (the normal Export works fine). I
upgraded the system to SP6. When I set an export, it generating 0kb .pdf
files. But we don't have reporting module.
I read the #2698 and the #3365 answers in the knowledge-base. I
downloaded the dbex10win_en.zip (#3365 - SP6 ready) file and extracted
in a temp folder.
After I run the setup.exe, (the installer would like to make folder in
here: C:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Patches\Crystal Database and
Export 10.0 Monthly Hot Fix) the upgrader run failed.
It can't create backup folder and asks me to restart the services
(SiteProtector Application Server Service; SiteProtector Sensor
Controller Service?).
Can anybody help me? Would you be so kind to give some advice?

Thanks,
Tamas
