 Hi

I had the same problem after upgarding our G2000 to V1.2 - There is a known
bug (from Dec 2005) where it is stated that there is a problem with
automatic updates and proxies. I got a patched Version of
/usr/lib/crm/libCrm.so from ISS Support. After replacing this, the automatic
update works again...

Best Regards
Torsten

Hi,

Thanks for the info John and Milorad. But is there a way
where I could really automate the process of downloading the
updates on my Proventia G appliance as the current info in
the Knowledgebase Article # 3020 and also as suggested by Milorad
from Motorola is not getting successful in my case.

Appreciate if you have suggestion on this.

  Regards,
  Krissh

Check out article 2761 in the knowledge base - it is for the
Proventia M
but also applies to the G100 after firmware 1.2
