There's a tool which you can find in the knowlegde base to help you change the IP Address of your SP but it seems it use when you have all components in the same server. I do not know if you can use it in a custom (recommended) installation. About the sensors, I think the way is to unregister the sensor an register them again. May be you have to unregister the sensor, change the ip address of SP compoments and finally register the sensors again. -----Original Message----- From: issforum-bounces@iss.net [mailto:issforum-bounces@iss.net] On Behalf Of Plamen.Martinov@walgreens.com Sent: Tuesday, May 02, 2006 9:36 AM To: issforum@iss.net Subject: [ISSForum] Changing IP address -> Has anyone done it? I am in the process of changing Siteprotector Core, Siteprotector Database, Event Collector and all sensors to a new IP address range. I was wondering if anyone has gone through a similar process and can provide me with some useful information, especially getting the database, application and event collecter to communicated after the ip are changed. Do I have to uninstall and re-install everything?
