SiteProtector Customers, ISS is looking for 4-5 SiteProtector customers who actively manage policies on a regular basis through SiteProtector to participate in a usability study. The result of this study will help design a future release that contains updated policy management functions and workflows within SiteProtector. As part of the study, we will come on-site to observe and interview users going through normal policy configuration activities. This usability interview would require 2 hours of time, and as an incentive, we are offering a $100 Best Buy gift certificate to customers who participate for interviews that are scheduled to take place Monday, May 1st. ISS is looking for participants with all levels of experience; the user does not need to be an expert administrator.
