Try the following KBA# 2258 - it worked for me: http://iss.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/iss.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid= 2258 Best Regards, Yousef Harfi -----Original Message----- From: issforum-bounces@iss.net [mailto:issforum-bounces@iss.net] On Behalf Of Christian.Osterbrink@weltbild.com Sent: Tuesday, April 04, 2006 4:09 AM To: issforum@iss.net Subject: [ISSForum] Edit sensor license count Hello list, we used some test licenses for proventia server and internet scanner on our production siteprotector SP5.2. After deleting these agents and the test licenses, we still have some problems. The non existing server sensor still requests a non existing license. How is this possible, when there is no agent/sensor of this type in the asset? How can this be fixed? The counting of the licenses for assessment scanning is absolutely nonsense. It claims more licenses than hosts are configured in the asset and were actually scanned. I think the host count does not work properly. So, does someone know how to reset the counters for the internet scanner licenses and how to stop the non existing server sensor to request a license?
