Hi, We have ISS Proventia at my customer network and We are managing it remotely. In one of the locations, I am facing problems when ever I reboot the device. The device is not coming up when I reboot through Site Protector console, every time I do this, I am requesting some one onsite to go physically there and reboot (power off and power on) the device. Does any one come accross such problem ? I have checked the logs many times but I didnot find any major things in the log. It appears like healthy device. Ples advise me if you have any solution or work around for this. Thanks & Regards, Sridhar P _______________________________________________ ISSForum mailing list ISSForum@iss.net TO UNSUBSCRIBE OR CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, go to https://atla-mm1.iss.net/mailman/listinfo/issforum To contact the ISSForum Moderator, send email to mod-issforum@iss.net The ISSForum mailing list is hosted and managed by Internet Security Systems, 6303 Barfield Road, Atlanta, Georgia, USA 30328.
