I have ran into problems in the past and get the same response from tech support. It would be nice if they posted all known problems on their website. This would save everyone allot of time. -----Original Message----- From: issforum-bounces@iss.net [mailto:issforum-bounces@iss.net] On Behalf Of John C Karp Sent: Wednesday, January 18, 2006 8:49 AM To: Bill Collums Cc: Soldatov, Sergey V.; issforum-bounces@iss.net; issforum@iss.net Subject: Re: [ISSForum] DB_XPU_1_86_X_20060112.xpu failed to install I ran into the same problem. ------------------------------------------------| What are you intsalling it on? Is the agent you're installing it on online? Is it Not Responding? If it's an appliance can you access it through the LMI? Have you tried to reboot and / or restart the service on it to ensure it's correctly reporting to SP? Did you try to install the XPU a second time? -----Original Message----- From: issforum-bounces@iss.net on behalf of Soldatov, Sergey V.
