Sergev I got this error when applying 1.86 XPU to the database. If you look in the following directory you will find the XPU_Install.log which will tell you what the error is. \\App Server\c$\program files\iss\realsecure siteprotector\application server\xpu\install\site protector database\db_xpu_1_86_x_20060112 My had an error about not being able to replace a value in the SQL table. So I assumed that it was an ISS fault. To fix it i deleted the downloaded xpu to force the update to re download it. When i reran it worked fine. Is the agent you're installing it on online? Is it Not Responding? If it's an appliance can you access it through the LMI? Have you tried to reboot and / or restart the service on it to ensure it's correctly reporting to SP? Did you try to install the XPU a second time? -----Original Message----- From: issforum-bounces@iss.net on behalf of Soldatov, Sergey V.
