I'm having the same issues as Sergey.

I've tried the fix from the link below but get the same result. The
error is:

SQL_ERROR - State:23000 Native DB Error:547 Msg:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL
Server Driver][SQL Server]ALTER TABLE statement conflicted with COLUMN
FOREIGN KEY constraint 'Pltfm_ChkPltfm_FK'. The conflict occurred in
database 'RealSecureDB', table 'Platforms', column 'PlatformID'.

And the fix specified in the knowledge base is:

From the SiteProtector Console:

1) From the Sensor tab view -> Right click SP Core -> SiteProtector Core
-> Edit Properties.

2) Navigate to the X-Press and Product Update tab.

3) Uncheck the Auto Download box and then re-check it. (This will cause
the SiteProtector Core to download the XML catalogs again.)

Note: Wait 2-5 minutes. It may be possible to apply the DBXPU at this
point. After 2-5 minutes, attempt to apply the DBXPU. If it fails,
continue to step 4.

4) Stop and restart the RealSecure SiteProtector Sensor Controller
Service.

    a) Start a command line prompt by running cmd.exe from the Start
Menu.
    b) Enter: net stop issSPSenCtlService and press Enter.
Wait for confirmation that the service stopped correctly.
    c) Enter: net start issSPSenCtlService and press Enter.
Wait for confirmation that the service started correctly.

5) Install Database XPU 1.86 again from your SiteProtector console.

Does anyone know how downloading the catalogue again or restarting the
service is supposed to fix a database conflict??

Also the article shows a fix version of the XPU as DBXPU 1.88 but I
can't see where this is can be downloaded from.

Andrew
