Do you get any SQL errors?
We have seen some systems having problems installing this update due to
a Key constraint violation in the Platforms table. The error will look
like:
SQL_ERROR - State:23000 Native DB Error:547 Msg:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL
Server Driver][SQL Server]ALTER TABLE statement conflicted with COLUMN
FOREIGN KEY constraint 'Pltfm_ChkPltfm_FK'. The conflict occurred in
database 'RealSecureDB', table 'Platforms', column 'PlatformID'.
There is a New KB article on the support website called "Why won't my
DBXPU 1.86 apply to SiteProtector?" under Site Protector and XPUs that
will tell you how to install the XPU if you fall into this category.
