What are you intsalling it on? Is the agent you're installing it on online?
Is it Not Responding? If it's an appliance can you access it through the LMI?
Have you tried to reboot and / or restart the service on it to ensure it's
correctly reporting to SP? Did you try to install the XPU a second time?
