[ISSForum] Restoring DBMS Backup

Subject: [ISSForum] Restoring DBMS Backup
Date: Sat, 14 Jan 2006 14:07:44 +0800
Hi,

I want to know how to restore the dbms that I had backup. My setting for
DBMS is to backup the events and then purge all the events that were
backup.

I tried to restore the backup by using the Backup Options - browse to
the right backup file and click Restore. The response from DBMS is only
Restore Command Complete. But I couldn't see any increase in the MSDE
usage and also I couldn't see any past events at the Fast Analysis.

Please help. Thanks
