List,
Someone here knows why firmware 3.1 now comes with a running wine
install ?
[root@m50 rc3.d]# head S98wine
#!/bin/sh
#
# wine Allow users to run Windows(tm) applications by just clicking on them
# (or typing ./file.exe)
#
# chkconfig: 35 98 10
# description: Allow users to run Windows(tm) applications by just
clicking \
# on them (or typing ./file.exe)
And also :
[root@m50 rc3.d]# wine
wine wineconsole winelauncher wine-preloader
wineboot winedbg winemine wine-pthread
winebrowser winefile winepath wineserver
winecfg wine-kthread wineprefixcreate wineshelllink
[root@m50 rc3.d]# wine
And also :
[root@m50 rc3.d]# lsmod | grep binfmt
binfmt_misc 7908 1
( this is the wine module )
If some windows software developed by ISS is being runned under wine
on my M50, should i worry about stability ? I think that ISS should have
ported the software instead of using wine if this is the case.
Cheers,
