Good morning,

If,,,,
your siteprotector console show the sensor as offline, or not responding

then,,,,,,
From your siteprotector console open a dos prompt and see if your control and
data ports are open

telnet server_tcpip_address 902
telnet server_tcpip_address 2998

if you get connection refused then your sensor has the problem, maybe a
firewall between the console and the sensor?

Else,,,,
You might need to copy your keys from the console to the sensor, stop/start
issdeamon - this usually happens when you change event collectors or re-install
an event collector

Regards,
James

Hi all...

I have problems to update a policy in our Sever Sensor. The message error
is: "Apply policy file to SvrSens_xxxxxxxxx@x.y.z.w(#120) failed. The
error message is:ERROR: CommNotify - the wait for an event timed out.
[ID=0xc742000e]"

Thanks for your help....
