Good morning, If,,,, your siteprotector console show the sensor as offline, or not responding then,,,,,,
From your siteprotector console open a dos prompt and see if your control and data ports are open
telnet server_tcpip_address 902 telnet server_tcpip_address 2998 if you get connection refused then your sensor has the problem, maybe a firewall between the console and the sensor?
