In our case, I think as part of the XPU that upgraded agent manager to support PD, it automatically made copies of all of our RSDP 7.0 policies to PD 8.0 policies. So the migration was handled automatically. Of course we never saw this "feature" documented anywhere so we got into a mess applying 8.0 policies to RSDP agents and vice versa since we didn't notice at first glance that this had happened "automagically".
