Hello Eric,
This is currently being developed for service pack 6 which is scheduled
for release before the end of the year. You will be able to trigger off of a
change in a component status through Central Responses with the new update.
There are plans for more extensive health monitoring type functionality after
that update, but it is too early to go into to much detail on that.
Thank you,
Adrian Kaylor, CISSP

I had posted something similar to this group for sensor status alerting over a
year and a half ago. I was told that this functionality was to be added to
SiteProtector at some point soon, but I have yet to ever see it.

Good grief! Why isn't this packaged with Sitepro?! Talk about features I wish I
had, I've wanted this for a long time.
Thanks.

Hi all,
This version works with Service Pack 4 and 5.
It allows you to send email on specific behaviours, such as:
-Sensor Not Responding, Offline.
This allows you to monitor the status of you SiteProtector components and
sensors.
-Scan finished.
This allows you to monitor the status of your scheduled scans.
-Job Failed.
This allows you to monitor the status of your scheduled jobs, such as Apply
update...
-Report generated successfully (with report in attachment)
This allows you to receive report each Monday in your mail box.
-DB size greater than the threshold.
This allows you to monitor the size of your database, before it reached the
max size.
-Available Update.
This allows you to monitor available updates. (does not work for Proventia M
and Proventia G Next Generation)
