Jiger,

You could have key 'GOOD', but out of maintenance. The GOOD status
indicate that SP has proced insertion of the licence in the DB
successfully. That's all.

Look in the general tab, and you will found your which product is out of
maintenance.

Please keep in mind that your sensors continu to protect your network.

Cheers.

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me how to solve the below problems:

At the time of login in the Siteprotector i am getting some license errors
with two tabls ACKNOWLEDGE & HELP, only if select the
Acknowledge tab i am able to login.
But after login in siteprotector the State of the License is displayed as
Good.
Also the SP core sevice gets & the SFM sensor goes in the Unknow status.

Kindly tell me as to what actually is the problem & how do i solve it.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Jiger.
