Just did this recently, and encountered a few issues: the database server upgrade kept failing with error 0xC742001c. After several rounds with tech-sup, was able to get it installed after running "instutil" to reset the Application Server password and bounced the services. After that, I couldn't log in to the console with Operator Level priv's (had to be Admin). Their KB article 2870 referred to this, and they do have an unsupported work-around that fixed it (I'd love to share, but you'd be better off getting the details from them if you encounter this problem). Finally, I had problems getting the Deployment Manager updated; this one stumped everyone... I finally had to uninstall DepMan and reinstall it. Works like a charm now. Props to Ryan in tech-sup who helped me through it all. dcj2 "Cotten, Ray" <ray.cotten@roche.com> on 05/04/2005 10:07:58 AM To: ISSForum@iss.net cc: (bcc: Doug Janelle/Inc/Jouan) Subject: [ISSForum] SP2 SP4 upgrade SP5.1 Has anyone done an upgrade of siteprotector 2.0 Support pack 4 to Support pack 5.1?
