I cross my fingers and mine went okay a month ago on a SiteProtector
with 48 sensors being managed.

Make sure each component is 100% complete and then give it a couple of
more minutes any way before starting the upgrade on the next
component.

I did read KBA 2848 "known issues" first:

http://iss.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/iss.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=2848&p_created=1106535925&p_sid=pcousFEh&p_lva=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPSZwX3NvcnRfYnk9JnBfZ3JpZHNvcnQ9JnBfcm93X2NudD0xNzI5JnBfcHJvZHM9JnBfY2F0cz0mcF9wdj0mcF9jdj0mcF9wYWdlPTE*&p_li=&p_topview=1

Take care,

Has anyone done an upgrade of siteprotector 2.0 Support pack 4 to Support
pack 5.1?

Any pitfalls? Or issues you ran into? Anyone have a step-by-step guide they
would be willing to share on the process?

Thank you,
