[ISSForum] unable to login to console - siteprotector

Subject: [ISSForum] unable to login to console - siteprotector
Date: Tue, 8 Feb 2005 21:53:13 -0800 (PST)
Hi Members,

I upgraded my siteprotector from SP4 to SP5 and the
upgrade went smoothly. I upgraded all the
siteprotector components and rebooted the server.

After rebooting the server , my application server
service is not getting started.

As a result i am unable to login to console.

I get the below error:-

?Could not start the Realsecure Siteprotector
application server services on local computer?

Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified

Please help me for a workaround to login to the
console.

Thanks.
