All, We have a server sensor on a win2003 server. We changed the IP address yesterday. We found on the siteprotector console that it's "not responding". I uninstalled the sensor and remove the host from the console. Then I re-installed the server sensor. However, when I add host on the console and "automatically register software" at the asset tab, nothing came up at the sensor tab. One more strange thing is that while install the server sensor, afer specifying the encryption provider, the wizard did not ask to archive the private key. Could anyone help me? Thanks in advance.
