when it happens my issDaemon.pid file has only pid for /opt/ISS/issDaemon/issDaemon and no pid for /opt/ISS/issSensors/NIDS3/issCSF and i see this message in my log Dec 28 06:11:38 nids33 issDaemon[5467]: [ID 599884 daemon.warning] X-Press Update: RemoteUpdate::UpdateFinished(): removing remote update section: \engines\NIDS33\RemoteUpdateInfo\. Dec 28 06:11:58 nids33 issDaemon[5467]: [ID 932503 daemon.error] X-Press Update: failure: '/opt/ISS/issDaemon/./XPUvxayRk/' not deleted, error = 17. This is not a critical error. Hi You can verify the file /opt/ISS/issDaemon/issDaemon.pid will have only one line with PID of issDaemon 'ps -fea | grep issDaemon' Edgar Galicia Barraza.
