I found after trying to do what you are describing that the Site Protector
core applications imbed the IP address of the server they are installed on
all over in the registry, and other places I have not been able to find. If
there is a kinder, gentler way to migrate the SP core and database I would
sure like to hear it too. It ended up being less time consuming to just do
a new install.

Subject: [ISSForum] Migrate Site Protector

Is there an easy way or even better a documentation how to migrate the Site
Protector application (keys, database etc.) to a new server? We have a basic
installation of Site Protector (All components in on machine).

Thanks for your help
