I investigated TCP_Probes on port 8082 and found that my Desktop controller
does not listen on 8082, 8085, TCP, but has to. All statuses are seemed to
be well:

Event Collector Connection Status Online
Version 6.9 (SP 5.11)
Available XPU No
Last Installed XPU SP 5.11
Event Collector Assigned EventCollector_RSAS
Event Collector Keys Installed Yes
XPU Date 2004-10-26 00:00:00 (GMT)

Logging Level Warnings
Event Port 914

but almost all desktop agents have status Unknown and when I try to see
details I get:
Error communicating with server.
