[ISSForum] Truncated packet log messages

ISS has to have about the worst support of any company
I've worked with.  Trying to get a technical question
answered with a technical reply is like pulling teeth.

Anyway, I thought I'd try this list to see if someone
here can help me.

My backice log file blackd.log is full of these
messages issued every few seconds.

EX::Tue, 07 Sep 2004 12:10:57: Truncated packet seen.
Not usable [1514:0:

EX::Tue, 07 Sep 2004 12:10:57: Truncated packet seen.
Not usable [765:0:

Can anyone tell me what the problem might be or if
this is a problem?
