Carnegie Mellon University?s CyLab has released a study entitled as ?Phinding 
Phish: An Evaluation of Anti-Phishing Toolbars?.

Widely known toolbars, SiteAdvisor type products etc. and IE7 and Netscape 8 
were tested.
Results are not very excellent...
