Ask yourself this: Why is this guy asking for help HERE?
As opposed to seeking the help of the sysadmins that the taxpayers have
already provided for the schools.


often because there is *one* "sysadmin" for an entire school district thus
making them overloaded with work and not able to do anything beyond standard
operational tasks if they can even do that for all of their schools.

you are right, there is fraud potential here (the guy is not who he says he
is, etc), but he should be given the benefit of the doubt :)
