Following the successful testing of ICAO 9303 compliant Machine Readable
Passports at this month's DC4420 meet, I've updated the website and
released the code for he RFIDIOt python library, version 0.1e.

Highlights for this version:

Add ICAO 9303 structures for Machine Readable Passports
New test program: mrpkey.py for ICAO 9303
   Move reader config to RFIDIOtconfig.py
   Add EM4x05 ID decode

The main feature being the ability to authenticate to passport chips,
which will now allow further development towards reading the contents
therein.
