Well, Jay Leno and every other comedian out there is good and truly fucked then. Please check (and cite) the actual legal code - I believe you'll find that in most cases, it's "impersonate with intent to <something>", and the <something> is lacking here. I think you'd have a hard time convincing a judge and jury that any of the "impersonation" attempts have been anything other than humorous, especially considering the *real* n3td3v's track record at being unintentionall funny...
If you continue to make fun of n3td3v, i'll report the new addresses as well.
