It isn't security threat, it is a misuse of our legal system, an unfair bias towards the mother. Justice is allegedly impartial, but not in this case. -----Original Message----- From: full-disclosure-bounces@lists.grok.org.uk [mailto:full-disclosure-bounces@lists.grok.org.uk] On Behalf Of Valdis.Kletnieks@vt.edu Sent: Wednesday, March 29, 2006 4:41 PM To: zap zoid Cc: full-disclosure@lists.grok.org.uk Subject: Re: [Full-disclosure] Court Order May Violate First Amendment On Wed, 29 Mar 2006 13:08:56 PST, zap zoid said:

*yawn* If this violates the First Amendment, so does every single gag order issued by a judge, prohibiting the people involved from discussing the case.
Anybody else following this story? Thoughts? Is this a security threat to the United States?
He screwed her, she had a kid. They fought about who got the kid. He lost, and trash-talked the mom and the family court judges involved. The people who got trash-talked are trying to get the trash-talking stopped. He turns around, and trash-talks the way they're trying to get the first round of trash-talking stopped. I'm well-known as a member of the tinfoil-helmet brigade, but even *I* am having a problem seeing how this poses a security threat. _______________________________________________ Full-Disclosure - We believe in it.
