1. Problem Description
Dirk-Willem van Gulik has reported a vulnerability in Apache
mod_digest. mod_digest does not properly verify the nonce
of a client response. A remote user may be able to replay
a response to be authenticated in certain cases.
The Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures project (cve.mitre.org)
has assigned the name CAN-2003-0987 to this issue.
