PHP-Nuke? That is as bad as using IIS. PHP-Nuke has so many XSS, SQL Injection 
etc vulns found all the time. Unless you want your site hacked dont use that. 
If at all settling for a 'nuke' CMS use Post-Nuke or CPG-Nuke.
