Once your computer is infected it's too late to install AV software or
updates. Read [1] to learn why that is.

Backup your data, reinstall the box (or restore the latest known-good
image in case you have something like that), check the backed-up data
for infections and restore the files that are not infected.

Sorry, but you provide way too little information to even guess what
virus could have hit you.
