Hello boonting,
I have never seen before a virus which cannot be unistalled, so seeing
it as some backdoor it cannot be that big, if your company uses
bitdefender in client/server architecture, you need to make out the
range of infected machines, locate them, try to isolate them until
cleaning is done.
I use for cleaning tools like mwav (can be used for free for a while,
good for localization on the system itself)
hijackthis (carefully when killing registry entries) and if i really
feel bad, i use BlackLight (f-secure) to locate and rename rootkits.
If you can go better with reinstalling the system and 0 data loose, do
it, else take few time and remove it manualy.
