Agree with all the comments on Pest Patrol - we tried that one.
Spysweeper - we also trialed this (although admittedly very quickly and with just about no time to mess with it) and did not get great results - in particular, this was too resource-intensive on client machines. Maybe we didn't configure it well enough - but performance was awful.
