Hi there Nguyen,

Do you have a virus scanner installed? If not, then that may solve your problem. It sounds as though you may have what is called a Trojan Horse or RAT (Remote Access Tool) on your system which would allow an attacker to do virtually anything you can on your system, and potentially more than you can.
I would recommend using either AVG antivirus (because it is not commonly attacked by many viruses like other popular AVs), and installing a firewall such as Black Ice Defender (www.iss.net) to discourage similar types of behavior towards you in the future.
I would recommend downloading the software off a computer other than your own computer and burning it to cd to use on your own PC as it would be easy for the attacker to see what you are doing and stop you dead in your tracks, then installing your software onto your computer from the CD (make sure you aren't connected to the internet though!).
If you still have no luck then please do not hesitate to drop me an email so that I can help you sort out your problem.

Kindest of regards,

Hamish Stanaway, CEO

Hi all,

I have a bit of a problem. I just bought a new computer and it seems that any time I get on the internet, somebody is able to take over the control of my computer

For example: when I am typing an email using Yahoo mail, somebody took over my computer and I saw them typing something else??

I installed NoAdware then scaned my computer ->no infection

Is there anything else I can do?

Thanks
