I find that I need to disable XP's system restore feature before Norton can deal adequately with worms etc. The system restore does not allow Norton to write to the files it's using as backups. I have tried to remove them with Norton Antivirus . The information in this e-mail and any attachments is confidential and may be subject to legal professional privilege.
