Try SpamMover for MS Exchange 2000/2003 Extract from their site at http://www.ivasoft.biz/spammover.shtml Purpose This application moves into a special folder in a user's mailbox any message that carries an X-header or subject line marking it as spam, as added by such tools as SpamAssasin or GFI Mail Essentials. These marked messages can be deleted instead of moved. The application allows user to set up to 4 independent rules. SpamMover creates a folder named Spam (or whatever you prefer) in each Exchange mailbox automatically. The application is an Exchange store event sink. Benefits You can set up SpamMover on per-mailbox basis or as "store-wide" application, i.e. it will work on each user's Inbox in the certain Exchange 2000/2003 mailbox store SpamMover can work for multiple Exchange server mailbox stores You do not need to configure spam rules on each workstation that runs Outlook The application is server-centric, so you do not need to install any extra software on the client side Even being deleted by user accidentally, Spam folder will be restored automatically when incoming message is received -----Message d'origine----- De : listbounce@securityfocus.com [mailto:listbounce@securityfocus.com] De la part de Lars Envoyé : 25 janvier 2007 06:21 À : focus-ms@securityfocus.com Objet : Automatic spam mover Hi all We have are using spamassasin to rate incoming mail with "x-spam-level:" in the mail headers. Our users are using exchange 2003 and outlook 2002 SP3 to read the mail. We have many thousand of users and we need an solution to this problem: - All mail that have "x-spam-level: *****" should be moved to an folder called "Spam" under the users mail profile. - The users can decide if he wants to use this filter. Okay, soo until now we have made this filter manually on every users that requested it. But we need to script it now becouse its starting to get to many who wants this. I'v been looking around for an way to script this but with no luck. Is there any way to do this? Have an script that the users can run and activate this filter.. ? In front thanks Lars
