Query type is a function of the DNS client, not the server. I'm not sure I
understand what you mean by restricting it to a specific subnet of IP
addresses. What is it that you're trying to achieve?

Thanks,

On Windows 200/2003 is it possible to restrict DNS
recursive queries
to only a specific subnet of IP addresses
