Right on. Peter Nordahl's NTCrack will certainly disable SysKey. 
Keep in mind that once you disable SysKey using any tool, you can never
ever re-enable it. 

Also, if you disable SysKey on a DC, DC will never ever boot up again.

You could give Offline NT Password Recovery a try... There is a boot
floppy and a boot CD image. It has an option to disable syskey, but
doesn't work 100% of the time...
