virtual memory protection using AWE

Subject: virtual memory protection using AWE
Date: 21 Mar 2006 15:38:11 -0000
i am using AWE mechanism to allocate physical memory pages in a secure
application. it appears the mapped pages are read/write from any processes.
i thought, according to msdn and microsoft windows internal book, that these
pages couldn't be shared between processes.
so what is the truth?
