In addition, I believe Avaya uses 192.168.xxx.xxx for their voicemail management servers. If you are using Avaya's Exchange Modular Messaging product (allows you to manage voicemail via Exchange) that would coincide with Martin's comments. During logon the client informs the server the IP and Port where it expects to receive new mail notification messages.
