Only if you have Automatic Updates set to "download updates automatically but let me choose when to install them". I imagine that you will get the smaller bootstrap installer, which will then download the necessary components once you have decided to install SP2. Basically, nothing is changing with the way that AU works. The registry key just stopped AU/WU from offering you SP2 (or downloading it, or installing it). Now that the reg key has expired, SP2 will be offered by AU or WindowsUpdate just like *any other update*. Well, that's the situation as I understand it.
